Born and raised in Nashville and now based in South Carolina, Summer combines more than two decades of experience in business development, advising, and patient care. Her professional journey spans the financial services industry and the medical well and aesthetics field, where she has become known for her commitment to excellence, innovation, and cultivating strong team culture.

At the heart of everything Summer does is her belief that confidence is more than skin deep. She leads with the philosophy that “The Heart is Your Prettiest Feature,” a message that has become the foundation of her businesses and the culture she creates for both clients and team members.

Originally from New Jersey, Karen has been part of the Myrtle Beach community since 2004. She has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of two amazing and inspiring children.

Karen has been in the aesthetics industry since 2004, bringing years of experience and perspective to her work. Her favorite service is the HydraFacial, which she loves for its ability to refresh and restore the skin while leaving clients glowing and confident.

Karen’s journey into aesthetics began in a deeply personal way. She started her career as a photographer before transitioning into becoming an electrologist and aesthetician after experiencing facial hair concerns herself. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how appearance can impact confidence. She carries that empathy into every appointment, reminding clients that while aesthetics can enhance our features, the heart is truly our prettiest attribute.

She values the sisterhood at La Bella and appreciates being surrounded by supportive women who uplift and encourage one another.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys kayaking, traveling the world, and caring for her many chickens — a passion that adds a little extra personality to her busy life.

Dr. Lisa Centilli is originally from Michigan and has proudly called Myrtle Beach home for the past seven years. With 14 years of experience as a physician, she brings a strong foundation of medical expertise to her role as Medical Director at La Bella MD. She is especially passionate about aesthetic medicine and considers Botox one of her favorite treatments for helping patients achieve natural, confident results.

Being part of the La Bella team is deeply meaningful to Dr. Centilli. She values the opportunity to lead an incredible group of talented, compassionate professionals who are committed to patient safety, artistry, and medical excellence. She appreciates how the team truly listens to patients, maintains high standards, and fosters a warm, uplifting environment. To her, La Bella feels less like a workplace and more like a community aligned with her values as a physician.

Dr. Centilli originally thought she would become a teacher, and she has realized that medicine allows her to live out that passion every day. She educates patients about their health, guides families through important decisions, mentors staff, and empowers individuals with knowledge about their bodies. Teaching is woven into everything she does.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, attending church, going on walks, and most importantly, being with her four children.

Dr. Centilli believes in treating every patient the way she would want her own family members treated — with honesty, compassion, respect, and time. She strives to ensure that each person feels heard, informed, safe, and genuinely cared for, knowing their concerns matter and that decisions are made together with their best interests at heart.

Originally from Marlboro, New Jersey, Tanya has called Myrtle Beach home since 2000. With 15 years of medical experience, she brings both expertise and warmth to every patient interaction. Some of her favorite services include HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and Botox — treatments she loves for their ability to refresh and rejuvenate while maintaining natural results.

Tanya cherishes being part of the La Bella team, where women genuinely love, support, and empower one another — something she believes is rare and special. She also deeply values the relationships she builds with clients and enjoys getting to know the wonderful individuals who walk through the doors.

Outside of work, Tanya’s creative side shines. She loves to sing and can often be found performing at local music venues with her husband, Ronnie. She also enjoys decorating her home, cooking, and spending time with Ronnie, her children Zack and Katelyn, and their dogs Audrey and Apollo.

Originally from New York, Elizabeth has called Myrtle Beach home since 2020. She shares her life with her loving husband, who was born in Italy, and their two incredible children, John and Caroline.

With 25 years of medical experience — including 13 years as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 12 years as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner — Elizabeth brings extensive clinical expertise and thoughtful precision to aesthetic medicine. She especially enjoys working with Radiesse, appreciating its biostimulatory properties that help improve skin integrity while volumizing and lifting for natural, long-lasting results.

Elizabeth values the collaborative culture at La Bella, where the open-door policy encourages questions, shared learning, and collective brainstorming to achieve the best outcomes for patients. She believes that strong teamwork leads to exceptional care.

Her professional journey is uniquely diverse. Elizabeth holds an undergraduate degree in economics and previously worked on Wall Street before transitioning into medicine. She describes herself as kind, trusting, and easygoing, and she enjoys cheering patients along throughout their skincare journeys. Deeply spiritual, she prioritizes staying active through hiking and early morning hot yoga classes.

Elizabeth loves learning and embracing new experiences. In her practice, she focuses on creating individualized care plans and “maps” alongside her patients, ensuring they feel fully involved and empowered in achieving their best outcomes using the tools and treatments available.

Born in Fresno, California, Lizette was raised in Horry County from the age of three — making her a true local at heart. She married her high school sweetheart, Rafael, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Aimee and Elliana.

Lizette’s journey in medicine began early. While still in high school, she volunteered and participated in mentorship programs at local hospitals and clinics. She has now been a registered nurse for five years, with experience in both the emergency department and home health. Her clinical background gives her a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and compassionate care.

Her favorite aesthetic service is lip filler, which she views as a true work of art — blending technique and creativity to enhance natural beauty. She loves being a nurse injector because it allows her to educate patients, clarify misinformation within the industry, and help individuals feel confident in their own skin.

Lizette feels at home at La Bella, describing the team as a group of supportive “girl bosses” who motivate and encourage one another to grow and succeed. The culture of empowerment and connection is something she genuinely values.

Interestingly, while she confidently creates content on social media, Lizette describes herself as quite shy in everyday life. Outside of work, she is a busy mom and wife who enjoys staying active at the gym and traveling with her family whenever possible.

Lizette is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish. She feels grateful to help bridge language barriers within the Hispanic community, ensuring every patient feels understood, supported, and cared for.

Sarah Carver is originally from Ohio and has called Myrtle Beach home since 2017. With 11 years of medical experience, she brings a strong clinical foundation and an artistic eye to aesthetic medicine. Among her favorite services are lip filler and threads, where she enjoys combining precision and technique to create natural, balanced results.

Sarah loves being part of the La Bella team because of its deep commitment to patient care, integrity, and natural-looking outcomes. She values the supportive and empowering environment that encourages collaboration and continued education, allowing the team to consistently provide the highest level of aesthetic care.

A Midwest girl at heart, Sarah quickly fell in love with coastal living. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys blending science, artistry, and precision in her work — a balance that keeps her passionate about what she does.

Outside of the office, Sarah is married with one son and cherishes spending quality time with her family. She enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and helping patients feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Dani has called Myrtle Beach home for over 25 years. She is married to her amazing husband and is a proud mother to two beautiful daughters.

With approximately 10 years of experience in permanent makeup, Dani has built a reputation for precision, artistry, and results her clients can trust. She specializes in corrective permanent makeup and brings extensive experience in Nano Brows, Powder Brows, Lip Blushing, and Permanent Eyeliner. Her approach is detail-driven and fully customized, focused on creating beautiful, long-lasting enhancements that look natural and refined.

Jancy Dorman has called Myrtle Beach home since the age of four. After moving away for six years, she returned in 2003 and is proud to continue serving the community she grew up in. With 25 years of medical experience, she brings deep clinical knowledge and a steady, compassionate approach to patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling with her family. She and her husband, Brian, share life with their daughter, Vianne, their son, Mason, and their dog, Buster.

An interesting fact about Dr. Jancy? She enjoys having a unique name and has never met another Jancy — something that makes her story feel even more one of a kind.

Originally from a small town in North Carolina, Pamela moved to Myrtle Beach in October of 1990 — just missing the big snowstorm of 1989. Her entire family still lives in North Carolina, and as the oldest of three children (with twin siblings), she grew up in a lively household where there was never a dull moment.

Pamela married her husband in September 2002, and together they enjoy living in the heart of Myrtle Beach, spending time at the beach whenever they can.

She studied nail technology at Chris Logan Beauty College in Myrtle Beach, graduating in February 1992, and has been working in the field ever since. With decades of experience, Pamela is passionate about helping clients feel their very best — starting from their nails down to their toes, quite literally.

Being part of the La Bella team feels like having a second family. She values the supportive, uplifting environment where everyone encourages one another to grow and bring out the best in each other — and in every client they serve.
